We have a strong ethos of ‘Repair not Replace’, with admiration for how the windows were traditionally produced mixed with current innovation in products a perfect marriage can be made between old and new. With Sash &amp; Case windows being a requirement in the conservation areas within Edinburgh, RF RESTORATION works to bring the windows back to their full glory so that from that point on maintanence is the only action required. The services we provide range from a simple replacement of broken cords, installation of the ‘Simplex System’ to a high end full restoration and repainting. Restored with a love for this system I have utter faith that what may look like a lost cause can be transformed into a working, aesthetically pleasing, noise-reducing and draught-proof solution without any need for ripping out a piece of beautiful craftsmanship.
